Dr. Fandhy Siregar is a dynamic executive with over 25 years of experience in internal auditing, IT governance, cybersecurity, and risk management across banking, insurance, and public sectors. He currently serves as Head of Information Security Governance (CISO) at FWD Insurance Indonesia and a Lecturer at the University of Indonesia.
Previously, he has held senior roles including Head of Internal Audit at Avrist Assurance, Bank Resona Perdania, and Indonesia Eximbank, and Head of Cybersecurity & Risk Management at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia. Fandhy is a holder of 16 globally recognised certifications including CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, and CRMA, and has led major initiatives in ISO27001 certification, NIST Cybersecurity Framework adoption, and regulatory compliance. He has contributed to professional standards development and mentoring across audit, governance, risk, and cybersecurity communities in Indonesia and internationally.
