He was formerly the Indonesia Country Manager of Hearti, a Singapore-based insurtech start-up, and co-founder of PT. Okapito Teknologi Indonesia, an IT solution and consultancy firm specializing in Human Resource Information Systems and system automation. Earlier in his career, Benny served as Project Manager with BNP Paribas Wealth Management Asia, overseeing strategic regional projects across Asia, gaining professional experience in Singapore, India, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.
