As a relatively young leader, I have previous experience in insurance and banking with focus on customer experience, business improvement and transformation.

I always fancy innovation and interested in how emerging technologies such as AI can be a powerful enabler to extend human empathy and capabilities in delivering excellent customer and operational experience. I believe, combination of human empathy and AI & technology can bring business impact significantly.
